What Eaglescliffe properties throw up
Two housing stocks, two approaches. A 1990s detached house on Yarm Road has accessible joisted floors, stud walls and consistent pipework, so tracing a leak is quick. An Egglescliffe village property with solid walls and a century of alterations is a different job, and quoting one as though it were the other is how customers end up with a variation they did not expect.
Restrictions rather than mains problems. The most common complaint here is poor flow, and on the larger houses it is rarely the incoming supply. It is usually a narrow section of pipework left in place from an earlier alteration, or an isolation valve that is only part open.
